Wisconics
You've heard the term Ebonics, well here in Wisconsin we have Wisconics. Everywhere I go people tell me that they can really tell that I have an accent. While it's not as thick as those from the UP (Upper Peninsula of Michigan) or Canada ('eh), it is still distinguishable. For those of you who are not familiar with how we speak in the midwest, or more specifically in Wisconsin I decided to compile a list of common words and phrases that we use and their meanings. Hope you all get a good laugh and learn something from this. -You Guys Comin' Wit, Er No? You Guys Coming With, Or No? -- We want to know if you're going to come with us somewhere -C'mere real quick once Come Here Real Quick -- We want you to come over by us quickly.
